• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided
• Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions upon inspection
• Estimates do not constitute a binding agreement unless explicitly confirmed

4. Service Agreement

Once you book a service with Waves Window Washing:

• You agree to provide accurate property information and access
• Services will be performed on the date and time confirmed
• You are responsible for notifying us of any hazards, pets, or obstacles
• We reserve the right to modify services if property conditions prevent safe completion
• Services are non-refundable once work has commenced, except for non-completion due to our negligence

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• A valid payment method is required to schedule services
• Late payments may result in suspension of future services

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance receive a full refund of any deposit
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service may result in a 50% cancellation fee
• No-shows are subject to 100% of the quoted service fee
